In the late 60's all the way to late 80's and even today Seiko keep coming out with crazy models! For me, the late 60's and early 70's are where Seiko truly built crazy watches! Circa June 1973, I present to you this FULLY serviced ALL ORIGINAL (including hardles crystal) Seiko 7006-6039 calendar! Truly one of the most interesting calendar built by Seiko!
Including the day/date wheel, you will find a 31 day calendar is printed around the dial giving the specific day the date fall on throughout the month. With a crown located at the 2:00 marker, you can rotate the inner bezel to adjust the date with the day giving you the monthly calendar!! Pretty cool right?! The crown at 3:00 has a quick set for the date but you need to fully go around the clock to set the day at this movement doesn't include a quick day set.
Inside the inner bezel you will find a sunburst metallic blue dial in incredible shape considering its age! Lume on hands matches markers and lettering on the dial is all there!
Case size is 41mm stainless steel. Watch was lightly brushed and gently polished to give its vintage appeal back! Lens was buffed out to take away all scratches. Althought their is minor scratches on the case/bracelet and crystal still has minor barely noticeable scuffles, I didn't want the watch maker to take away its history so this is as vintage as it get!!
I'am asking 685.00$ Shipped to your door!
Believe me if you are into crazy vintage pieces, this is as good as it gets!!!
