I have to clean out the watch box (again), as I have bought yet another Frogman (my 4th), so am selling a number of watches at decent prices. I am not desperate to sell, so please do not send low-ball offers, as I will ignore them (and it would be a waste of your time as well as mine). I will lower prices each day until sold.
Each item listed includes basic shipping and PayPal fees (no e-cheques and only method of payment accepted is PayPal, unless in Canada and then via Interac is acceptable / preferred). If you want insurance, it will be slightly more, depending on where you are and so I strongly recommend that you pay the bit extra to insure watches, especially. Please note that I only ship to Continental North America unless I know you / have previously completed transactions with you. And also please note that if I am shipping to a foreign country, you are responsible for all associated Customs and brokerage fees in your country.
First up is a vintage Paul Garnier World Timer. It has a slate grey dial with silver-tone applied luminous markers as well as silver tone luminous hands and a sweep seconds hand. The date window is at the 3 o’clock position. It also has both a standard rotating bezel as well as an outer World Time rotating bezel. The movement is a Swiss mechanical 17 jewel automatic with incabloc protection. Case size is approximately 45mm x 43mm and lug size is 20mm. I have just put a brand-new BC rubber strap on it. The watch works well and keeps good time and I think that this watch was made in the early 1970s. The overall condition is very good to near-mint, especially so considering its age. Price is $125.00 OBO (some pics from previous owner).
Next Up is a Suunto X-Lander Military / Black. It is brand-new (I wore it once) and comes complete with the OEM box, manual, warranty service card and some additional Suunto propaganda. Capabilities include:
-Altimeter with vertical speed measurement
-Barometer with pressure difference measurement
-Compass
-Multiple watch functions
-Metal housing
-User replaceable battery
-X-Lander Military variant features black aluminum casing and black rubber strap
Price is $175.00 (list starting at $295.00 new) OBO.
Last up is a Casio HD-600 quartz tactical watch. No papers / box, in brand-new condition. Price is $15.00.
I can provide many references and have done business before on several major watch sites (WUS, TZ, DWC, CWC and PMWF - search for either my name – James DeBruin, or JAD3703). My e-bay id is jd3703 and my rating is 100%. Note that I only accept PayPal as payment (no e-cheques). I can only be contacted via e-mail: jadebruin@rogers.com.
PLEASE READ THIS: The first person who says that they want to buy it will either make arrangements for me to temporarily hold the watch (max six [6] hours and only for someone who I know / have done business with before) or send me the money (PayPal ID: jadebruin@rogers.com), immediately. If you have not requested me to hold the watch or have not paid, I will move on to the next person with money. Note that I am not responsible for your e-mail not making it to me; you are. Hence I have included my e-mail address, as I carry my iPhone with me 24 / 7 and I will reply promptly. Please note that I will only deal with those communications that I receive.
I am not interested in trades.
Thanks very much for looking and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Best regards,
James
