Folks,
Here is a Rolex GMT Master II 16710 Pepsi model on Jubilee for your consideration. I am sure you are all familiar with this iconic model, so I will jump right into the details.
This example is a K serial dating back to 2001, and in a well-worn, but not abused condition. The watch has probably seen the polishing wheel once or twice, however the lugs are still very thick and has more than enough material for further polishes. There are some love marks here and there given the age of the watch (shown in pics). This is probably a great example if you don't want to worry about the condition of the watch too much and enjoy it thoroughly throughout your time with it.
This watch comes on an authentic Rolex 62510H bracelet, which is essentially brand new. This was a service part that I was very lucky to source, and there is absolutely no stretch and marks other than a couple desk diving marks on the clasp. This is the period correct jubilee with authentic 502 endlinks and 50 stamping on the first link. These bracelets are very difficult to source and go for a hefty price premium if you are unfamiliar with this specific example.
The watch has been serviced by a reputable watchmaker in Oct of 2020, and is keeping excellent time, at about +0.5 seconds per day.
The package will include the watch, box, and paper stating the authenticity from Rolex Canada.
I am pricing this watch, a daily wearable 16710 with beautiful patina that has been serviced and on a period correct (new) jubilee bracelet for $14,500. I am still very inclined to keep this one, but the collection is growing too quick and I am looking to trim down.
I am not considering trades on this one, and am primarily looking for a safe F2F transaction in Southwestern Ontario, highly preferred in Kitchener-Waterloo area. Also, I do not have a lot of feedback on the forum (only a few so far), but I have connected with the moderators and provided them with my full identification.
If you have any other questions about the watch, please send me a message.
Thanks for looking!
Mike
