This is the HKED F71 Bundeswehr Project Watch. Limited to around 300ish units if I remember correctly. Powered by the ST19 movement. This is a really nice chronograph. Mine runs perfectly with no issues with starting, stopping, or reset.
Condition is basically perfect with no scratches on the case or caseback. A bit of the red paint underneath the pip has worn off, which you can see in the pictures.
Comes on a Hadley Roma kevlar strap as well as the original leather rally strap.
