This sweet diver is part of Seiko’s Prospex collection of modern reinterpretations of their legendary 1965 Divers. This model draws its design inspiration from glacier ice, as can be seen as part of the beautiful dial’s colour and texture. I’ve got the SPB 143 (non-special edition) as part of my permanent collection, and can attest to both the easy wearability of this watch, and it’s shocking ability to consume 20mm straps at an amazing rate . • Special Edition on the case back, unidirectional rotating bezel (alignment is perfect!)
