This is another extraordianary watch. As I wind my way towards retirement and the rationalization that I can only keep so many, I have to start figuring out the whittling down process.
The Big Pilot is one of the most iconic watches of our generation. It is big, and bold, and quite heavy. Not this version. In 2017 IWC announced two models for their "Heritage Collection", the Bronze and the Titanium listed here. The Bronze ended up a Limited, and the titanium has rolled on since. In 2024 they announced the discontinuation of the model. There may be some new ones around, with a current MSRP os $18,500.
Mine is from September, 2019 and remains under warranty until 2027. It is still in mint condition, in fact the orange sticker is still residing in the center of the deployment clasp. It has probably been worn 2 dozen times in its life.
MSRP is $18,500. Now officially discontinued.

I would never even consider parting with this watch if not for the fact that I have as well the Racing Works Edition in titanium with blue dial.
I am not looking for trades on this watch., howver there are some that I may consider.
