Priced to fly is the Grand Seiko Reference SBGY013 white / silver dial “omiwatari” on 9 link Bracelet. Hand wound, 72hr power reserve.
Canadian AD 2025, warranty until 2030, Retail $12,600+tax here in Ontario.
I took this on a trade from original owner this week but decided I am going to continue my search for an SBGK005 as I love this case shape from the elegance collection.
Excellent condition with minimal signs of wear, I have attached photos of the clasp ( couple of hairlines) and at 4.30 there looks to be a small mark on the bezel. Tried my best to photograph but only noticeable when searching for it.
Box, papers, links hang tags etc are all included. Warranty started Feb 2025.
Asking $8250 , can be shipped at cost via flagship. F2F preferred and located in Dundas, Ontario. Looking straight up unless you have said watch above or GS models in this colllection.

Most winters, Lake Suwa freezes over and, every few years, a long ridge appears in the ice from one side of the lake to the other.
Tradition has it that this is the ‘Omiwatari’ or where the gods walk out over the ice. True or not, this legend has inspired the craftsmen and women at the nearby Shinshu Watch Studio to create a dial of exquisite subtlety for this hand-winding Spring Drive timepiece. It has the color, feel and texture of the snow-covered ice on Lake Suwa and is in a silver tone. The bracelet has a nine-row construction that ensures a soft and exact fit to the wrist.
The watch is powered by Spring Drive Caliber 9R31 which has a Dual Spring Barrel that delivers a power reserve of 72 hours when fully wound. Its exquisite finishing is visible through the exhibition case-back along with the power reserve indicator.
