Here is a nice condition (80% plus) vintage (1956) Vacheron & Constantin wristwatch.
Description...
This watch has been very lightly polished with a new crystal installed as there was feathering in the original.
The watch has been time tested and cleaned by a qualified watch maker.. There was one part replaced (clutch wheel #407) with the original Vacheron replacement part.
The details on this watch are as follows:
18K Yellow Gold Case. 32mm wide not including the crown.
Caliber #1002 18 Jewel manual winding watch with approximately 40 hours of power reserve.
Movement adjusted to 5 positions.
The inside back cover has the 750 logo along with the 6126 reference number and the case serial number.
The serial number of the movement is fully intact and dates to 1956.
The dial is original and great shape but could use a nice clean.... I have left that to the next owner.
The watch is properly triple signed, dial, movement and case.
The strap in not an OEM and has not been worn. The buckle is also non oem and gold plated.
This fine timepiece is available for $3,295 plus insured shipping from Canada or slightly more for trade.
