Rolex Explorer ref 14270, on 78790 Oyster Fliplock bracelet with 558B end-links. Caliber 3000. N-serial dates it to early 1990s. Note the long-discontinued lug holes.
Movement is in extremely fine shape according to the two watchmakers who've seen it (one who opened it to check authenticity after I bought it, and one who later regulated it for me), and the watch runs approximately +2 seconds per day. Dial and hands are tritium, and no longer glow. Bracelet appears to be a replacement; no appreciable stretch. It has eleven links. None others come with it. No box or papers come with it, either.
I would rate its overall condition at 85%. Lume aside, this watch has no functional problems whatsoever and is ready to be worn.
