I'd like you to meet PIAA and Momo, they're both unusual and share a motor sports theme. Technically they're both Italian, although you could argue about PIAA. They're quite rare, and I doubt you'll see them again.
The PIAA watch is a merch product by the Japanese auto parts company of the same name, probably dating from 1997-1999 seasons when they sponsored Tyrrell. The case looks like a Mondaine, complete with their recycled logo on the crown but it says it was produced by "L'uomo Terzo" Milano which means "Third Man" in Italian. Also the name of a famous movie acclaimed the best British film of all time. So I'm not sure what's going on there.
It's an interesting case with rough bezel and polished surfaces. Something I like about this little watch is the sizeable high polished rehaut which reflects the minute track with a slight spiral most of the time. It's a cool visual effect.
Flat mineral crystal, a few small scratches otherwise running like a top.

33x10.2mm
40mm L2L
Display back
ETA 2846 Movement(21600bph 48hr PR)
16mm Lug/Strap
Drilled Lugs
MSRP ??? Probably never sold
The Momo Design is classic Italian aesthetic. By that I mean form over function. Screw down crown with a leather deployant with a Seiko style divers clasp and a 50m WR? Clean white dial with the logo and GMT track, which pulls double duty for the hours and minutes. Sort of a reverse pie pan look to it.
Looks great on the wrist.

The case and deployant serials match, looks like they were hand punched. The case is noteworthy, cool design with contrasting elements but due to the way they handle the strap it wears much larger than its 37x41mm. The actual L2L is closer to 51mm if you use the OEM strap. Basically a dressy Swiss GMT under 10mm thick.
Diameter 37mm
Thickness 9.6mm
Lug to lug 41mm (51mm)
50m WR
Movement 2893-2
Clasp pretty cool deployant
Screw down crown
Stainless steel case
Sapphire Crystal
Drilled Lugs
MSRP ??? Whatever a 2893-2 GMT from an Italian company goes for.
I'm asking $600 Shipped for both, which is roughly what the movements go for on ebay. Might do a trade, something under 40mm. Both watches running great, but if you're picky about the rate I'll regulate them near zero on request as long as you understand I don't guarantee the WR after. I'll clean the surfaces, grease the o-ring and screw it back down.
