Coming in at 41mm, the watch is 13mm thick with a 300m water resistance rating.
Falling somewhere between a Tudor diver and an SMP300, while retaining its own characteristic, the watch is increasingly comfortable on wrist and has been a joy to own and wear.
Inspired by the Mer de Glace (Sea of Ice) and its glaciers, the dial is the focal point that harnesses the iced aesthetic the brand tried to achieve, emoting a look into the depths of a glacier.
The dial and texture supposedly the remnants of a technique called gratté-boisé, which involves a wooden tool that scratches the surface.
The watch has that “hulk” like appearance though more rounded.
The bracelet and clasp are finely executed with the clasp featuring seemingly endless on the fly quick adjustments.
The bezel action is reminiscent of what you might expect from tudor, rhetorical actuation of which is far superior than any SMP300 I’ve encountered thanks to the bezel overhanging the case just a smidge.
The watch is in overall excellent condition with a few hairlines on the clasp and bracelet, while the watch head is pristine
