Up for grabs is a true bang for bang option in the form factor of the SMP300.
Similar to the beloved 2531.80 that features a the wave dial and a simple date and time complication, my example throws a chronograph complication into the mix for practically the same dollar value.
At 41.5mm x 48mm, it wears perfectly on my 7.5” wrist.
Powering the watch is the 1164 cal with a 7750 base that runs true to the workhorse that it is.
The serial number dates the watch to c. 2008
In excellent shape for the age, it has some signs of wear to the bracelet and clasp but nothing egregious.
The edges remain sharp and the polished bits still retain a lustre after all these years.
Asking $3555 in the GTA for this example.
