This community was recommended to me by a friend after I mentioned that I wanted to get into watches. I already own half a dozen watches, but nothing too serious. I’m now looking to get my first ‘luxury’ watch.

Eyes are bigger than the wallet lol

Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra small seconds, Globe Master Constellation, Seamaster planet ocean 600m - 43.5 mm - steel on steel - 2 tone bezel.

If I wait a bit to add to the watch funds then Rolex GMT-Master 2, Sky-Dweller white

I also like Grand Seiko, but that’s for later.

Thank you. That’s what I am afraid of, already have an expensive hobby (long range shooting), now finally getting into this too. At least watches mostly hold their value.

I don’t participate in matches. So, I would call it neither. My club does not allow PRS style shooting. My setup is for PRS, but I strictly shoot from a bench.
Some clubs have strange rules and think shooting from PRS positions like prone are ‘dangerous.’

I also enjoy PRS style and recently set a Bergara 14R as a practice unit to keep the costs down.

We need to enjoy this hobby while we still can.

I couldn't agree with you more. Not sure what are the rules on this forum for discussing politics, but this government has not done us any favours. 17HMR is my alternative to .22LR.
