Hi all,
For sale is this vintage Fortis Flieger which I believe dates back to the mid 80’s, early 90’s. Has Tritium dial and hands that still glow faintly. Overall condition is good.
When I got this one, it was not running. I am a hobbyist and did some work on it:
- ultrasonic batch of case and bracelet.
- light brushing of bracelet
- replaced mineral crystal
- replaced caseback gasket
- cleaning and oiling of original ETA movement
- case was pressure tested to 5 BAR in my Chinese pressure tester without movement inside and it passed.
- watch runs in low 280’s dial up and down amplitude at about 3 seconds gain per day and performs well on the wrist.
Bracelet will fit a large wrist of at least 7 3/4”, perhaps larger.
Case is 40.2mm case width, 10.2mm thickness, 20mm lugs. 100M water resistance with screw in crown.
Priced at $545 shipped via courier, or a little if we can meet in Calgary.
Feel free to reach out to me with any questions, I’m always happy to help.
Thanks!
JP
