If you've been looking for a Seiko Alpinist, I think this is pretty much the best one out there. Why?
1) It's already been imported so no customs hassles or duty!
2) The somewhat crappy OEM strap has been replaced by a gorgeous vintage leather custom strap from Aaron Bespoke!
I bought the watch direct from SeiyaJapan in 2013. Watch was worn carefully in rotation and is in excellent condition. A few swirlies here and there but no notable dings or scratches. Keeps good time and the power reserve of the 6R15 movement is outstanding...noticeably longer than my Rolexes! I purchased the current Aaron bespoke strap in February 2016 so it has very little wear. I'll include the barely worn faux croc OEM strap but I don't know why you'd go back to it with the beauty that is on the watch!
