Conservatively graded ** 95%+ and since a picture is worth a thousand words I'll let them tell the tale (please excuse the minute dust on case and crystal):

As shown in the above images, you may find another one (especially difficult with the blue/silver dial/hands) but you'll never find a nicer one.

Presented on an Omega mesh bracelet so pristine there aren't even any 'desk diver swirls' on the clasp! (fits up to 8" wrist)

The only thing not included is my custom amateur radio call sign coffee mug :cool:

Only $2699 on your wrist via XpressPost insured to most destinations in Canada* (F2F A-OK too) : price reflects my current desire to finance another purchase I already have in mind...

...however I am open to trades such as older Rolex, a moon watch, etc...

...or a 'trade down' (your lower value watch plus cash) - try me!

* By 'most destinations' I mean that if you're only accessible via ferry, dogsled, Bearskin Airlines, etc. some discussion may be in order ;)

F2F possible in Montreal May 17 through May 19 (especially with advance notice).

Here are a few examples of potential trades (not limited to these - try me: worst I can say is 'thanks but not my style'):

- Older (~60's - 90's?) Rolex oyster, including but not limited to Date/Datejust/etc.;

- Tudor, old style, chrono and/or or new such as Grantour

- different Omega Speedmaster model (or SMP);

- Make a suggestion!

Have a great weekend!

FSOT: Vintage Speedy (Answers to some questions...)

Here are answers to a few questions I've been getting:

- This piece received a complete, thorough mechanical overhaul by none other than Omega in Bienne, Switzerland just before I acquired it a few years ago. Everything works as it should.

- As shown in the pictures, it hasn't really been worn at all since.

- As confirmed by Chuck Maddox and other sources, Speedmasters particularly in this era and model often had sea monster case backs marked 'Seamaster' as they were all considered part of that range of offerings. More info here.

- Although preference will be given to a cash sale I remain interested in potential trades.

Thanks again,

- Pete

Funny, I have flown with Bearskin Airlines. Had to help the pilot reload cases of pop to balance the aircraft. Only in Canada, Eh. Very nice Omega btw.

I've not flown with them but have handled cargo conveyed in part by Bearskin Airlines. Thanks for the entertaining story!

$2495 on your wrist (net to me - EMT/wire preferred).
