Condition is great. NO dents or dings. I would rate it 95%.
No stretch! Take a look at the photo. The only thing I can say are tiny superficial swirls which are very difficult to see.
Watch runs flawlessly.
Current USD asking prices of seadwellers is much higher.
Also note there is an upcoming price increase by ROLEX canada in january.
I am located in Toronto and prefer a quick face to face transaction which will allow the buyer to inspect the watch.
