For a watch renowned for it's legendary accomplishments and endeavours - here's another one.

In 1965, Commander McDivitt and Pilot White of the Gemini 4 mission are the first humans to walk in space. In addition to all the gear they hoped would work, on the wrist, was their trusted Omega Speedmaster. Forty years on, in 2005, Omega released exactly 2005 numbered Blue and white dial Speedmasters worldwide.

This is one of the few that ever made it to Canada.

Given the reverence I had for the watch and the fact that I own so many (Speedmasters), this limited edition 40th Anniversary First Spacewalk Speedmaster has spent they majority of it's life in my safe.

With a gorgeous blue dial and white sub-dials, this watch, in my opinion, is one of the best looking Speedmasters ever made. The few times i did wear it, someone would always ask about it.

Number 5xx of 2005, I purchased this Canadian watch in 2007.

Comes flawless, and keeping excellent time with Certificate of Authenticity stating '5xx/2005'; number is also engraved on the back of the case as evident in pics.

Full kit, outer and inner box, cards and manuals. Does not come with an original Speedmaster bracelet, but those are easy enough to find. I find the blue dial looks better on nato or brown leather anyway.

So, why own a black dial or even a soon to be ubiquitous white dial -- when you can have this super rare, numbered blue and white dial version.

You all know what goes into these watches... but in case you don't: Omega datasheet here: https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-speedmaster-professional-moonwatch-35658000

Looking for $11,750 shipped overnight across Canada. Don't miss this one... because when it's gone, it'll be a while before you ever see another! Located in the GTA for a local deal.

Will only consider a 36mm Rolex Explorer or Pepsi GMT on trade. Otherwise, I'd prefer cash. Thx!

Wanted to show the colour of the pan dial in brighter mid day light as previous pics were taken late in the day. It's got a radiant blue that goes from aqua to deep depending on overhead light.
