This watch was a Panerai novelty release for 2023. Only 200 were ever made. As far as I know only 2 were sold in Canada. Both are/were owned proudly by CWC members.

With a loupe I can see a couple of light rubs on the bezel... nothing else. As is repeated frequently in reviews, these are not actually in the finish, but residual material that rubs onto the finish from whatever it came in contact with. Let me emphasize, that there is a minute amount of these rubs, and should easily come off with a white eraser. Up to you to waste your time on it, if in fact you see it...
Only a handful for sale anywhere in the world. Cheapest I can find is over $22,00. My price is many thousands cheaper... and mine is Canadian and has a better serial number too
.Not a cheap watch, but you get the best of Panerai with it, from the case, to the green dial, to the flyback movement along with its "reset to 12:00" hacking sub second hand. Of course sandwich dial, and two perfectly lovely straps.
In my most humble opinion, having owned HUNDREDS of Panerai in my lifetime, the balance between the left side pushers and right side crown guard make this the most stunning design in the entire portfolio. Not to mention the dual register chrono design.
There is nothing about this watch that I don't adore.
Trust me when I tell you that the dial is far more exiting in real life than I can capture in my photos...
