The Orient Star Is a leap up from the basic Orient lineup and this watch is the Revolver model which was sought after by Orient collectors.
You can see why it has garnered this nickname by looking at the bezel. It appears to have 6 bullets surrounding the bezel as you would see in a gun. Absolutely beautiful to behold.
The Orient model number is: WZ0351FD
Orient Automatic.
It detailed for 78,750 Yen
The watch has a black dial with a power reserve indicator and indicates a water resistance of 200m.
The crystal is Seiko’s Hardlex and is in mint condition. The stainless steel bracelet is also in great condition and has a Divers extension. The yellow second hand offers a nice contrast to the dial. The crown screw in smoothly and is equal or better to my SBDX001 Marinemaster.
In the interest of full disclosure the following should be noted.
Before I received the watch one of the previous owners attempted to open the case back carelessly and caused the tool to slip causing a scratch on the case back surface. In addition the lower right lug has a small dent which is hard to see with the naked eye, but it is there and could probably be buffed out.
The watch comes with its presentation box and extra links.
I am selling the watch for $350. which includes Xpresspost shipping. Payment by EMT.
Let the photos detail the watch and let me know if you have any questions. View attachment 35947View attachment 35948View attachment 35949View attachment 35950View attachment 35951View attachment 35952View attachment 35953
