For Sale: Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch 345.0808 Second Numbered Edition. The 1980s Sapphire Sandwich.

This is the second generation ST 345.0808, numbered series limited to 1000, produced from 1988 to around 1990.
Case:
Excellent condition, sharp edges, some marks on the lugs.
Some scratches on the back from strap changes from the original Canadian owner (I am the second).
Bracelet:
Supplied with the 1479 bracelet and 812 endlinks + a few extra links
The bracelet is in excellent condition.
Dial and Hands:
Perfect condition, tall & open S Tritium dial, with a wonderful yellow lume.
Baton Tritium hands with flat second, with yellow lume.
No damage on the tritium, no damage on the dial.
Dial is in excellent condition.
Back:
Display sapphire back type, with the specific marking Apollo XI and the serial A0132.
Text contains all the black font, no wear is present on the text.
Minor marks on the steel surface.
Crown & Pushers:
Omega Crown.
Pushers wide and tall as they should be.
Glass:
Crystal with Omega logo in center with the correct shape, category A4.
Bezel:
Dot close to 70 without dents or scratches, type B2.
Movement:
Omega 863 gilt type C2
Movement No. 48.240.479: which is the correct range for this reference according to moonwatch only (page attached below)

Set:
Supplied with the original box and papers for the 1989 period, in very good condition.
Servicing:
Al (Archer) serviced this watch a few years ago, I have not worn it since servicing. All of the original parts are included.
