For sale is a real gem of a find. A rare and mint condition gold electroplated 70's Longines Olympian High Frequency. It has a manual hand wound movement which winds smooth and keeps immaculate time. The case is a beautiful gold electroplated retro cushion shaped design with a glistening Rolex style fluted bezel. The back cover is stainless steel. All original and untouched silver dial with gold hands and gold sweeping second hand. Gold applied markers at 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock.
Date display at 6 o'clock with black lettering for the day and red numerals which is a nice unexpected elegant touch. Acrylic crystal is clean and scratch free. Stunning condition for an almost 50 year old watch from a top notch horology brand. Comes on an excellent condition brown Hirsch leather alligator embossed strap with Hirsch gold buckle.
