This is another extraordianary watch. As I wind my way towards retirement and the rationalization that I can only keep so many, I have to start figuring out the whittling down process.
The Big Pilot is one of the most iconic watches of our generation. It is big, and bold... and that huge onion crown!
This Monopusher Chronograph Le Petit Prince was a Novelty Limited Edition of 500 pieces. One of the rarest stainless steel models produced, and the ONLY Big Pilot Chronograph ever produced. It is powered by an 8 day manual wind movement with power reserve indicator on the caseback. I have worn this watch less than one handful of times since acquiring it brand new. The chronograph is activated, stopped and reset entirely by one button that resides in the center of the crown
Mine is from April, 2022 and remains under warranty until 2030. It is still in mint condition, in fact the blue sticker is still residing in the center of the deployment clasp, and the original caseback sticker remains in place.
MSRP was $24,700.
