Looking for a sale or trade (based in Winnipeg, will meet face to face if anyone wants) for this IWC Mark XVI Spitfire with bracelet. I am the second owner, and do not have box or papers for this watch. This was purchased from an estate, where it was sitting in a drawer for a few years. As a result, when I purchased it this February, there were some very minimal scratches on the only polished part of this watch, the shiny portion of the bezel. The bracelet, other than one tiny flea bite on the clasp, was perfect.
Since then, the watch has been worn, but its matte-finished nature really hides any minor scratches or anything this piece has picked up. This makes it an EXCELLENT daily wearer. It's been keeping immaculate time.
THE BRACELET is maybe the best I've ever handled. Easily competes with that of my friend's AP Royal Oak offshore. Will accommodate about a 7" wrist. Mine is 6.5", and I have about a half-inch of links. Very easy to change straps and remove links etc.
