Not easy to rate a vintage , I’ll put it at 80%. Original Suwa dial,excellent shape.Very clean movement. The hands look like they have been changed a long time ago with NOS. Crown screws in nicely with 3 turns. Small hairline on crystal at the 2 minute mark, not easy to see. Seiko date calculator puts it at March 1981. Comes on a super oyster bracelet with a Seiko clasp, sized at 7.5 loose fit. 250$ shipped and paypal.
