I recently acquired this very nice condition 16710 of a member from TRF (can send link to original ad for interested buyers, not sure if i'm allowed to post it here). Previous owner just had the watch serviced by his watchmaker and as such the watch keeps near perfect time. synced it to this source: http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-zone/north-america/canada/quebec/montreal/ and as of now, over the past 5 or 6 days it is running 4 seconds fast when the watch is put flat overnight.
All functions of the watch work perfectly, the clasp closes securely. Only thing to note is the bezel turns more or less smoothly instead of clicking. It will need a new click spring (30-40$ from your rolex AD) to make it do the individual clicks if that's your thing. Bracelet has a bit of stretch, in my opinion nothing serious and I think the bracelet is still quite solid, but im no expert by any means.
Aside from what you see in the photos, there will be 3 extra links included so this can be made to fit the biggest of wrists; currently its sized for my 7" wrist loosely.
There are no box and papers included, though I can ship it in a small green rolex service box if you want it. Previous owner mentioned there is a 1 year warranty with the watch, not sure if its transferrable or not, but he's a good guy so in the unlikely event there is an issue maybe something can be worked out.
Reason for selling is I have a few unexpected expenses that came up. My price is FIRM at 4000$ including shipping within Canada; this is net so if using paypal it would be an additional 3%.
The only trade I would entertain is an omega 2254.50 plus 2000-2200$ from you depending on the condition of your watch. again, my price of 4000$ is net to me (includes shipping), I paid 4500$ so while I normally appreciate offers, I have posted my lowest price for a quick sale, if I don't sell it at this price I will be keeping it. I am leaving town for a few days on Saturday and will only be back on Thursday, so in the event I have a buyer today, I will ship it out today, otherwise it will have to wait until my return.
