I am selling my Alpina pilot watch that I bought new from an authorised dealer in late December of 2013. I've always watned the IWC flieger chronograph and this Alpina held me over until now. It's time to let it go and get the IWC. This watch has only been worn about two dosen times or so (in rotation with my other watches), and therefore is in excellent condition. There are a few very miniscule (I mean tiny tiny) suffs/scratches here an there on the case that are not even noticeable unless you are really searching for them. And there is a very small scrach on the back crystal. What I am describing is what you would expect from a watch that was barey worn. This is a limited edition # 0233/8888 (yes I know, 8888 pieces is not that limited 
, and comes with a certificate and a small model sesna airplane. All boxes and papers are included. The original puchase included a metal bracelet, which I immediately took off and puchased Alpina leather band (also included). I wore it on this band a couple of times until my custom ordered genuine Louisiana Alligator riveted (IWC style) pilot strap came in, and the watch has been on it ever since. This is also included: you are getting the original Alpina metal bracelet with all links, an Alpina leather pilot strap and a custom riveted pilot strap with mild sighns of wear. The watch is 44mm in diameter and around 14mm thick, so it is a large watch. It has 100m water resistance and a screw down crown. The movement is Alpina Manufacture AL860 (which some will argue is not really inhouse) which is based on the SW500.
BONUS: a brand new Alpina leather wallet is included
For full disclosure I will add that this watch has been for warranty work 3 times in the first year of ownership for the following issues: Dec.2013 (right after I bought it) - Case Clamp Screw, June 2014 - Auto Reverse Wheel and July 2014 - Chrono Reset Hammer. I have all service records documented. Because of these issues, the warranty has been extended until July 2016. I have not had any issues with the watch since the last service.
I've been an active member on watchyouseek for 4-5 years now, and not so active on this website, but I've had many transactions on the WUS and several on here, you can be confident in dealing with me.
I am not in a hurry to sell this so I am offering it at a fair price of $1800 CAD via EMT + shipping (the box is large and heavy so shipping will be calculated depending on where it is going) This watch is also listed on local kijiji
