I recently had a nice purchase transaction through this site. I figured I'd try a sale:
A couple of Swatch watches
The silver watch has an interesting story: I train a professional boxer. We were in Montreal for his fight. I forgot a chronograph watch to time the rounds (and rest between rounds). I picked this watch up directly from the Swatch store in Montreal just a couple hours before the match (he won). It is battery powered with date, and a chronograph function that no longer returns to zero. Two bracelets, one has never been worn. There is a small small crack in the faux crystal. Some scratches on crystal and case. Measures 43mm with my analog caliper. I have everything for this watch, manual, spare bracelet, box... Full kit I think is the term? Retail: about $350.
The black watch I've had for 10 years. It's kinda cool, effectively an in-house movement! The upper chronograph button is spasmodic, it used to be deadly accurate; but I think it must be worn because sometimes when the button is pressed nothing happens. The automatic movement is generally good, but every once and a while the watch stops completely. Rubber strap. Sapphire crystal is perfect. Measures 44mm with my analog caliper. Retail: about $700 USD.
$100 via EMT will get both watches shipped anywhere in Canada.
