The only signs of wear on this piece are the clasp hairlines and the faintest of marks on the non crown case side and bottom left lug
I’ve been waiting to get my hands on one of these and they did not disappoint.
Likely the best GMT option the brand makes in terms of ruggedness and versatility, this to me, is more of a home run than the spirit GMT, and that’s saying something.
While the spirit GMT, leans more business casual, yet versatile, the Hydroconquest GMT, is more everyday/vacation/recognizable design language and that speaks to a more “reach worthy” timepiece.
I’ve come to expect great things from the band, given that the package they offer provides a 72 hour power reserve, near perfect accuracy and a very comfortable wrist companion.
The pops of orange on the GMT scale echoed on the GMT hand, coupled with a sunray black dial and a ceramic bezel insert for the dive bezel, makes this a bargain for the world traveller looking for something reliable, affordable and sophisticated.
The retail pricing on this 43mm tank, is relatively reasonable at $3600.
At my ask of 30% off at $2499, it’s nothing short of a bargain.
