SUPER SPONSOR
Hey folks
Up for grabs is my SMP300 ref 210.30.44.51.03.002.
Originally released in 2021 to celebrate the brands role as the Official Timekeeper of the 36th America’s Cup Regatta, this piece comes in at 44 mm with a blue ceramic bezel insert and white enamel diving scale.
In keeping with the nautical theme, the red and blue chrono pushers fashioned out of soft touch rubber and also include a regatta countdown indicator ring crafted in red anodized aluminium. The indicator features an hour disc under the subdial at 3, designed to highlight the vital minute hand during sailing.
The red anodized aluminium minute and rhodium-plated small seconds hand is inspired by the shape of a boat hull, while the central seconds chronograph hand, also in red anodized aluminium, carries the America’s Cup as the counterbalance.
This example features an exclusive CHRONO LOCK system which is used to secure the chronograph functions when needed, adding secure timekeeping and the ability to lock your measured time.
The caseback is filled with blue lacquer and pays tribute to the “36th America’s Cup” in “Auckland 2021”.
The model is paired to a quick exchange metal bracelet and rubber strap.
Powering the watch is the Calibre 9900 found in the Dark Side of the Moon Speedy, Speedy Racing and other SMP300 variants.
Overall condition of the watch is excellent with minor hairlines to the scalloped edges of the bezel, polished portions of the case, and some minor hairlines to the bracelet.
Therese watch runs as it should boasting a 0s/day accuracy with a strong amplitude over 300
The watch comes in a special blue/red presentation box, the colours associated with the Americas Cup and the outer white box as well.
Retail on this model is $16,100 and Im setting this to fly at 52% off retail at $7650 shipped from the GTA
