Hey folks

Up today I have an accessible, entry point into the world of Grand Seiko.

Dial work, has always been Grand Seiko’s forte and this time is no different.

The dial is said to be inspired by sunlight shimmering on an early morning frost and unlike the Snowflake SBGA211, this dial texture is almost linen and crystal like.

My favourite aspect of the watch is the fact that it is steel and not titanium, the heft of which is a reminder that your wrist is adorned with a luxury timepiece.

At 40mm the watch will suit most wrists and is a great piece for those looking for a classy yet versatile watch.

There are some handling marks on the watch bezel and while it retails for $6300, I’m asking $5250 f2f in the GTA
