Hey folks
Up for grabs is a rarely seen PAM, ideal for the smaller wristed who would like to enjoy the best of what the brand has to offer, without sacrificing water resistance.
The PAM1271 comes in at 40mm and despite its uncommon sizing, bears a tremendous amount of wrist presence and holds the essence of Panerai right down to the iconic crown guard and sandwich dial
Somehow this watch wears closer to a 42mm sizing, owing partly to the crisp textured white dial. Purchased in 2022 the watch is covered under warranty until 2030.
This package is a full kit, triple boxed with a total of 3 OEM straps, 2 Leather and one rubber, withh the brown being my preferred choice against the white dial. It alsoo includes the original invoice from the Canadian AD at which it was purchsed
This model features a quick release strap and buckle system much like the IWC tool-less system.
The watch has been carefully worn in rotation with some minor desk diving hairlines on the bezel and some novice level signs of clasp change on the clasp pin.
My wrist size for reference is 7.5” and I could recommend this piece for wrists as small as 6” and up.
The watch retails at $9,900 CAD but can be had here for 7,599 shipped, $100 less if local GTA pickup.
