As with all Grand Seiko, these have to be seen in person to be appreciated as the pairing of the orange accents and blue dial is sublime.
The watch is in excellent condition with barely any signs of wear. Only notable mentions are some signs of wear to the non crown case sides and rear of lugs.
The dial is a deep blue almost indigo in some lighting with the quartz crystals in relief on the dial, homage to the 9F quartz movements and in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the same.
The watch comes in at at 40mm, 47mm lug to lug and 11.8mm with sharply angled flat lugs, a thin polished bevel running along the mid case, a brushed upper bezel with polished chamfers along the edge, a screw down crown for 200m water resistance and antimagnetic to 16000A/m
The watch comes paired on the cordura blue strap with orange stitching and a blue rubber strap along with a grey canvas strap for added versatility.
