Up for sale is one of the most iconic watches made. This Navitimer in a reverse panda configuration features a touch of luxury with the ROSE GOLD bezel, handset and markers.
At 46mm, it might seem uncomfortably large, but as with most larger timepieces, this isn’t really the case, pun intended. The lug to lug is a manageable 51.8mm and the thickness, a svelte 13.9mm, allowing this piece to wear more like a 43mm watch, somewhat similar to a 44mm Panerai Submersible.
On my 7.3” the watch fits similar to a Speedmaster Racing, but thinner and easily slipped under a dress cuff.
Overall condition of the watch is excellent for the watch with minor hairlines to the non crown case side and two notable scratches seen in the associated pic.
The tan leather strap is beefy and pliant almost jerky like and has a lot of life left in it.
The B01 movement is a beaut and can viewed through the exhibition case back and runs at COSC levels of +4s/day.
The watch comes as a full set including the slide rule calculator, manuals, warranty cards, double box and hang tags
