Sold 1991 Rolex Datejust Turn-O-Graph Thunderbird 16263 w/ Box & Papers

Up for grabs is one of my favourite Datejust references from Rolex’s extensive history. The Turn-O-Graph aka “Thunderbird” has long been discontinued. It features a bi-directional bezel giving the watch a sporty look to its already classy aesthetic. This example comes to you with box and papers, which is generally hard to find with these neo-vintage examples. It’s in good preowned shape with some bracelet stretch that is expected with a watch this age. The dial is a service replacement. Although it may not be original to the watch, it definitely gives it a rejuvenated look. Further details below:
