1958 solid 18K IWC automatic watch on Alligator strap for sale. Exceptional condition for its age !

Original unfinished hands and dial
35mm 18K marked case
Cal 853 automatic movement running well no issues.
Service history unknown but inspected by a local watchmaker, all good.

Comes watch only on a black alligator strap. Strap has wear on the 2nd notch fold but still has life in it.
I will also include a tan leather strap as seen in the pictures.

Withdrawn for a week or so, I had a second opinion that the watch may need a service. It is at the watchmaker now and will wait for the results.

The watch is having a full service done to it at Meticulous Watch Repair here in Victoria. This will be back up for sale once it's back next week. There will be a one year warranty as well. The cost of the service is ($495) my asking price will not change. Will consider offers and trades as well.
